Work has long since moved beyond a single location. In an era of increasing remote work and complete digital freedom, we are increasingly finding that a desk at home is often not enough.

The impact that our physical environment has on our performance, relationships, and well-being is an important part of our workday. That's why it's crucial to maintain contact with a supportive environment—even when our position is completely remote, we work alone, or we don't have an individual office to go to.

Programme

At the event, we will address key issues of modern working life and the importance of coworking spaces:
  • The role of a physical office: Why physical space remains key to collaboration, belonging, and company culture.
  • Psychology of space and well-being: How the environment shapes our well-being, mental focus, and healthy work habits.
  • The power of coworking: How a space offers the right balance for those who work independently or remotely.

The 45-minute presentation is followed by a relaxed debate and socializing.
