The fifth group on the entrepreneurial path PONI RRA Koroška

We have already gone through workshops on the topic of designing and refining an entrepreneurial idea, preparing the first business model using the "Lean Canvas" method, sales and marketing with an emphasis on creating target groups and personas. Particularly interesting was the workshop on public speaking and communication with renowned expert Leon Magdalec, where participants overcame the fear and nervousness that accompanies us when we stand in front of an audience.

The enthusiasm of all participants is great, the desire to turn an idea into a business is even greater. This path is full of challenges and unanswered questions. The answers that the participants come up with with energy and will are slowly starting to put together a mosaic called "Starting Your Own Business".

Our internal mentors are also trying their best to help them with this, and time will tell how successful we are in doing so. The desire and will are also on our side, and we are confident that this synergy of good energies will yield excellent results.

Ahead of us is a journey that will last another two months, during which participants will try to obtain as many relevant answers as possible through further training and intensive market research and analysis, which will pave the way for them to make effective decisions that they will make until the end of the training and even after they embark on their own entrepreneurial journey.

There is a lot going on at this year's PONI "marketplace of ideas": we are building a Center for Awareness with the meaningful name "Anima Veritas", we are creating an application for AI recognition of fake content in real time, we are working on the development of active and sustainable tourism in Koroška, we are learning integral breathing, facial yoga and Qigong. We are dealing with flowers and a mobile - traveling - mobile flower shop and how to equip houses with smart installations. "Dropshipping" also has its representative, as well as the first specialized ironing shop "Nika lika", so that shirts will be wrinkle-free again. A participant will provide a pleasant atmosphere at various events and functions by decorating them in an original way, and relaxation will come through massages and therapies. And finally, "Paths of Light", which promise a holistic treatment of a person, will light up. In short, there are more than enough ideas, challenges and work.
