Koroška impressed at the Alpe-Adria 2026 fair

The fair was also marked by a strong presence of local tourist destinations, which proudly presented and promoted Koroško, and the special charm of the fair presentation was ensured by numerous providers who prepared animation. On Wednesday, visitors could try their hand at the memory game in a special, mining version, where Podzemlje Pece provided nice prizes for everyone who completed the challenge in full before the hourglass expired. The Kajžar Tourist Farm from Mežica provided a tasting of excellent Carinthian cuisine, which baked delicious Trenta, and the Rebernik Farm provided sweet and alcoholic must.

On Thursday, the stand was buzzing! The DKJ Beekeeping warmly greeted visitors with a bee mascot, and at the same time, they could make honey candles at the stand - how intoxicating it smelled! It smelled no less on Friday, when the Time Brewery team took care of the atmosphere before the weekend, preparing a tasting of excellent Carinthian beer, and on Saturday, the Radela Institute with its now well-known refreshing apple juice and must. We weren't hungry either: the Association of Farmers and Rural Women of the Drava Valley - section Radlje ob Dravi provided delicious Carinthian potica.

But since we, the people of Carinthia, have always been customers, we made the event more exciting with a rich prize game, which included more than 1,000 different local prizes: from free overnight stays, experiences, to practical prizes and Perger's gingerbread cookies with the Koroške print.

The Alpe-Adria Fair has once again confirmed how important it is to connect: providers and organizations. Together we are creating the story of Koroške – an authentic, green and adventure-rich region.
