10 ideas, 4 months, countless opportunities – Group 7 PONI RRA Koroška began their entrepreneurial journey

While many will spend the summer on vacation, ten participants of the 7th group PONI RRA Koroška will use the time from June 1 to September 30, 2026 to develop entrepreneurial ideas, acquire new knowledge and take the first concrete steps on the path to their own entrepreneurial story. A short, hot and intense summer lies ahead - full of challenges, testing, decisions and opportunities for growth.

From idea to business model

Over the next four months, participants will develop their ideas into concrete business models. Together with mentors, external experts and entrepreneurs, they will test the market, design their offerings, prepare business plans, build brand awareness and look for first business opportunities.

The program will enable them to acquire key entrepreneurial competencies – from marketing, sales, finance, digital tools and artificial intelligence to public speaking, legislation, networking and preparation for starting a business. The specialty of the PONI program remains employment during the training, which allows participants to fully devote themselves to developing their business idea.

What is being created in Group 7?

This time too, the group consists of individuals with very different skills, experiences and entrepreneurial ambitions. Their ideas range from sports, education and personal development to crafts, creative services and food.

In the coming months they will develop:

specialized swimming programs for children, adults and athletes,
unique barefoot children's slippers, birth gift packages, bags and other custom-made textile products,
didactic materials for learning through play and developing children's skills,
personal growth and relationship counseling using the numerological matrix and digital solutions in this area,
portable family sets for playing, bonding and spending quality time together,
handmade unique ceramics for individuals and catering providers,
programs for more movement, balance and relaxation with a holistic approach,
creative workshops and events for various target groups,
gluten-free bakery products based on improved recipes with flexible sales,
and a bakery that produces bread and baked goods made from yeast.

Each of these ideas solves a specific challenge, responds to market needs and represents the potential for the creation of new companies and new jobs in the Carinthia region.

Summer for growth

At PONI-ju, we believe that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business. It is a process of personal growth, learning, perseverance, and courage.

The next four months will be full of challenges, questions, and new insights for our participants. It is during these times that the greatest shifts occur – when ideas take on a clearer shape, and individuals gain the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take the next step on their entrepreneurial journey.

Big changes rarely happen overnight. But they do happen when we take a small step forward every day.

We wish them a successful start and a lot of courage in realizing their ideas.
